Our client was charged with Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle in Rhode Island. This is a misdemeanor criminal offense that has possible punishments of jail time, probation, fines and fees, a criminal conviction/record, and a potential suspension of your driver's license.

We did our own investigation into what happened by gathering evidence. We showed the evidence we obtained to the prosecutor. As a result of this, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charges against our client.
