Our client received a Summons for a Clerk Magistrate's Hearing in Massachusetts for Fail to Signal and Marked Lanes Violation, which are traffic offenses in Massachusetts. After an in-depth discussion with our client, we performed our own investigation into the matter and obtained documents to build our defense strategy. 

We presented our argument to not issue the complaint based on the facts and circumstances of our client's life.

As a result of our argument, the Clerk Magistrate dismissed the traffic violations finding our client Not Responsible.
