Our client was charged with Right of Way at Rotary which led to a car accident. This charge of Vehicles within Rotary - Right of Way is a traffic offense in Rhode Island. Our client was adamant that they did not do anything wrong. 

We prepared maps, obtained the police report, and helped reconstruct the accident that took place. We decided to take the case to trial. As a result, we are happy to report the traffic violation was dismissed against our client on the day of trial.
