Our client was charged with Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment charges in Rhode Island. This charge is a misdemeanor criminal offense in Rhode Island. The penalties associated with this charge is a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than one year, or both a fine and imprisonment.
